As the owner of NyeLuxe Kreations, a buffet catering service and food truck vendor, she infuses creativity, flavor, and passion into every meal she prepares. Driven by her followers’ enthusiasm and her own dedication to excellence, Nye ventured into the world of publishing, releasing acclaimed cookbooks such as NyeLuxe 30 Minutes or Less Cookbook, Nutrition Nirvana, and Vibrant Vegan Delights, which includes various vegan buffet options.
